FESTIVAL FLORINA, GREECE 22-24/6/2018

The 4th FLORINA International T.T.Festival will be hosted and organized by TTC Sarises Florinas in cooperation with the Municipality of Florina , under the supervising of General Secretariat of Sports and the Hellenic T.T. Federation (HTTF) Greece.

The tournament will be open to all players in the ages mentioned in “Categories”

ELIGIBILITY

All Players who love table tennis ,and  registered online on http://www.ttscore.io/customer/3       

from 16/4/2018 to 16/6/2018

Participants are playing with their own medical liability

FLORINA International festival will take place at the indoor gym “MUNICIPAL SPORTS CENTER OF FLORINA”, Greece from 22 June to 24June 20018

1- double men:

2- single men until 39 years old(born after 1979)

3- single men 40-49 years old (Born 1978 - 1969)

4- single men 50-59 years old (Born 1968 - 1959)

5- single men over 60 years old (Born 1958 or earlier)

6- Absolut men

7- Absolut women

SYSTEM OF PLAY

A) SINGLES

Group System (A phase)

Groups of three or four

Retained by the A phase

The 1st and 2nd of each group will play at the second phase

for positions 1-4 or 1-8 or 1-16 or 1-32.

The 3rd, 4th of each group for positions or 5+ 9+ or 17+ or 32+.

In the process of forming the groups and draw will be considered

a. ITTF RANKING

b. HOME CONTRY RANKING

c. PREVIOUS RESULTS

d. The judgment of the organizing committee, for not rated athletes

also at draw will not coincide individuals of the same city or the same country to the same group if the number of groups is equal to or exceed the number of participants from the same city or country

NOCK OUT (PHASE B):

-Players, who won 1st and 2nd in groups at the A phase.

For positions 1-4, or1-8, or 1-16, or 1-32 , simple knock out a winner in the best of five.

- Players, who won 3rd and 4th position of groups in A phase.

For positions or 5+ 9+ or 17+ or 32+

B) DOUBLES

Nock out games (will be taken the same criteria with singels into the draw)

The entry fee for this tournament

For double men is Free

For age categories is 15 €

For "absolut mem and women is 25 €

For singles and absolut categories is 30 €

Entry fees are to be paid to: the Secretariat on arrival

DRAW

The draw will take place at first day based on the entries. Minimum number per category are 8 athlete. The Steering Committee will have the discretion to adjust the fixture lists system, if a category has less than 8 athletes.

Information

1. The travel, accommodation and feeding of participants, coaches and accompanying persons is the responsibility and choice of them.

The organizing committee of the championship in order to facilitate the process of accommodation of the participants in the open championship in agreement with hotel operators in terms prices and availability, will soon announce Hotels panel.

2. The program and the schedules of the games will be announced promptly on the association website. For the first update the participants on the planning of arrival and departure, the games will begin Saturday 23/6 2018. And end Sunday 25/6 14:00pm
